The one-off

A single focused session to untangle a specific problem, sanity-check a plan, or get pointed in the right direction. Good when you mostly need clarity.

The 90-day program

A focused three-month engagement with a built-out plan and regular check-ins. The whole point is to get you up and running, hand you the tools and the method, and have you keep running on your own when the ninety days are up. You walk away with the system, not a subscription.

On pricing: I work with everyone individually, because every engagement is scoped to what that person actually needs. I am also selective about who I take on right now. I work full-time, so I only bring on clients I genuinely believe I can help. Tell me what you are after and we will figure out the right fit.

What this is

Coaching and clarity, not a prescription pad.

I am not a doctor, and I will never pretend to be. What I offer is the thing I wish I had a decade ago: an experienced person who has done the trial and error, will give you a straight answer, and will help you build a plan that survives a real schedule.

Anything medical, hormones especially, runs through a licensed clinician. My role is to help you cut through the noise, get organized, and make informed decisions, then point you to the right professionals for the parts that need them.

One thing to be upfront about: I am not a bodybuilding coach. I cannot get you stage-ready, and that is not what this is. This is about building real, lasting health and performance for a busy life. If that is the goal, we will get along well.

Why me

I do this inside a real life, not instead of one.

A full-time high-pressure career, a marriage, a young kid, MMA training, and a decade of hands-on trial and error with the foundation, the supplements, and the compounds. I have made the expensive mistakes already. A consultation is how you skip a few of them.
